Mohan Kelkar received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bombay, India and MS in Petroleum Engineering and PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh. He is currently Chairman and Professor of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tulsa. He as published more than 70 refereed papers and has made more than 250 technical presentations at various organizations and meetings. He has co-authored three books. He has received numerous awards for his teaching and technical contributions. He received “Outstanding Teacher Award” from the University of Tulsa, “Outstanding International Faculty Award” from the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), “Distinguished Service Award” for his service to SPE. He has been Distinguished Member and Distinguished Speaker for SPE.
